Instructions for Paying Your Monthly Dues:
There are several ways to pay your monthly condo fees. Please remember to take into account that it will take 5 - 7 days mailing time to get to Alliance Bank in Las Vegas for processing. Association dues are payable on the 1st of every month.
Monthly coupons are provided for those who prefer to mail in a check. Make check, made payable to Eagles Chase Condominium Owners Association. Place the your unique property account number on the check and mail with the coupon to:

Another option is to have a recurring monthly payment set up by your local bank where you have your checking or savings account. Your bank can help you with this or if you have computer access to their online banking application, you can set it up yourself. Your local bank will mail in a check monthly for you. The bank would follow the same steps as if you were mailing a check.
The electronic payments program, where your payment is processed within 1 - 4 days after it is submitted is available through Alliance Bank. Go to
www.apmoh.com and click on the Alliance Online Pay option. You will need the Management ID 6743, Association ID ECC and your unique property account number to register. For help, contact the bank at 844-739-2331
Same day or credit card payments can be done by registering and logging into Frontsteps homeowner portal but there are fees charged for these services.
